Our departments
Each team has a clear role in running our events. If you are not sure where you fit, that is fine, you can switch teams at any point after onboarding.
You will manage our presence on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn: conceiving content, taking photos at events (and appearing in them), creating graphics for posts, and managing stories and reels.
You will handle everything related to Nitro-branded physical materials, from designing t-shirts, stickers and diplomas to finding vendors and placing orders.
You will build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners and press, welcome them at Nitro events, draft brochures and promotional materials, and represent the association in the community.
You will help record courses and edit footage for YouTube. You will work with audio and video equipment and learn relevant technical concepts. A reasonably powerful computer capable of running DaVinci Resolve is required.
You will test and report bugs on judge.nitro-ai.org, help with on-site technical setups at events, and build tools that support other departments in running things smoothly.
You will draft the task calendar around events, organise team-building activities and meetings, keep track of volunteers at on-site events, and handle communication with participants to make sure every student has the information they need.
